First report describing the epilepsy-related hemodynamic patterns in GLUT1DS. The revealed BOLD maps can represent GLUT1DS imaging biomarkers. The premotor-striatal network generates the GSWD in GLUT1DS. The glycorrhachia at diagnosis influences the epilepsy-related BOLD maps.
