Over the course of the past 10 years of working with Dr. Boehm on various projects has both influenced the software engineering program at Mississippi State University as well as provided growth opportunities and expansion of the MSU ABET accredited software engineering undergraduate degree program. Looking back over the key interactions with him, it is apparent that he leads (and influences) by his example, his work ethic, and his intellect in the software engineering field. This paper provides insights into his specific influences though collaborative work with another university.
