Between 2006 and 2012, PLND during RC increased from 84% to 96%, median LNC from 7 to 13 (p<0.001). In MVA, the increase in LNC was associated with a higher incidence of pN+disease. In MVA, PLND during RC and LNC≥10 were associated with treatment in high-volume centers (≥20 RC per year) (P<0.001). After centralization of care in 2010, more patients were treated in high-volume hospitals (P<0.001). At present, PLND during RC has become common standard in all types of Dutch hospitals.
