Laser ignition of HCNG and CNG for different λ in a CVCC was investigated. CVCC pressure, λ and HCNG mixture compositions were varied. Flame speed and chamber pressure increased with higher H2 in the HCNG mixture. Higher diffusivity of H2 increased flame velocity of the HCNG mixtures. Knocking tendency increased at higher initial CVCC filling pressure.
