Settings for runaway and homeless youth (RHY) showed satisfactory to high quality. RHY in Drop-In Centers evidenced inferior outcomes compared to other setting types. RHY in higher-quality settings were more likely to report effective treatment. RHY in higher-quality settings were more likely to evidence resilience. Setting quality was not associated with behavioral outcomes such as substance use.
