An improvement for lab determination of S for undisturbed soil samples is proposed. Soil S and PoSD varied significantly through the corn growing season under NT and CT. Soil S was not significantly related to PoSD nor to TP. The method allowed fast and robust determination of S on undisturbed soil samples.
