TIS21/BTG2 inhibits doxorubicin-induced stress fiber-vimentin networks via Nox4-ROS-ABI2-DRF-linked signal cascade

Doxorubicin induces senescence by actin stress fiber formation via Nox4-ROS pathway. Doxorubicin-induced linear actin-vimentin networks are inhibited by TIS21/BTG2 gene. The linear actin nucleation is transmitted via Nox4-ROS-ABI2-DRF signal cascade. TIS21/BTG2 downregulates the signal pathways regulating actin-vimentin networks. TIS21/BTG2 attenuates doxorubicin-induced cancer cell senescence.
