Thermal and UV radiation effects on dynamic viscosity of gelatin-based riboflavin solutions

Flow type of gelatin-riboflavin content turned into dilatant fluid after UV. UV radiation altered viscosity of gelatin-riboflavin solutions. Radiation time did not affect the flow type of gelatin-riboflavin solutions. Viscosity-temperature curves of samples mathematically obeyed Arrhenius model. Positive activation energy reactions were found as endothermic.
