Holistic response of B cells was measured using label-free RWG biosensor technology. Dynamic mass rearrangement (DMR) caused by receptor stimuli of cells was monitored. DMR specificity was verified using various antibodies and biochemical inhibitors. Dual receptor binding is correctly described by the DMR-resulted optical changes. Understanding integrated response of B cells to composite antigens is crucial.
