An open source software compatible with several cloud kits, such as Eucalyptus or OpenStack, implementing 12 strategies for the provisioning and scheduling of both sets of independent tasks or workflows. Our software is also an open framework in which third-party strategies can be plugged in. An original contribution also lies in the prediction of what will be the provisioning and scheduling of a given strategy. This prediction is achieved by simulation, based on the well-known tool SimGrid. A wide range of experiments to evaluate the framework on several application types and real platforms.
