A kind of sensitive biocodes based on aptamer-metal ions-NMOF have been synthesized for simultaneous electrochemical detection. The NMOF with large specific surface can load enough metal ions for signal amplification. The biocodes based assay can simultaneously detect several target antibiotics at about 0.2 pM level without interference of other antibiotics.
