Highly photoluminescence GLY-GQDs were synthesized and characterized. The obtained GLY-GQDs were noted as a fluorescence probe for the determination of AA. Relative to the reported methods, the proposed method is more sensitive and selective for the determination of AA. The proposed method is much simpler and faster, a whole detection just needs 8 min.
