With the rapid development of communication technology, network technology and multimedia technology, webbased distance teaching system flourishes. Our focus of research is how to maximize the advantage of both of the two teaching models, ¡°teacher-centered?and ¡°student-centered? to design a teaching platform for the two teaching modes which can organically combine to mobolize a two-way interaction between teachers and students. In this paper, firstly the characteristics of WWW information is analyzed, division and advantage of the multi-level distributed web architecture are explored, construction of the three-layer structure is analyzed, basic operations of C#. net technology and SQL2000 are described, highlighted is the design and implementation of distance teaching system for remote test and evaluation system based on C#. NET + SQL Server database technology.
