Evaluation parameters between intra-voxel incoherent motion and diffusion-weighted imaging in grading and differentiating histological subtypes of meningioma: A prospective pilot study
Prediction of malignancy in meningiomas is important for surgery and routine visit. IVIM parameters were useful than ADC values in grade differentiation of meningiomas and correlated with ki-67 index. D value could distinguish tumour grades by 0.479 × 10− 3 mm2/s. Secretory and angiomatous meningiomas had higher DWI and IVIM parameters. Fibrous meningiomas could be distinguished from other subgroups by D*.
