A novel Ti-RuO2 electrode with tubular shape, micron-sized pore and porous structure was fabricated.

The novel electrode can enlarge the electrochemical surface area.

The corresponding reactor of novel electrode can enhance mass transfer to improved electrochemical oxidation efficiency.

After 180 min reaction time, the concentration of 500 mL tricyclazole solution was decreased from 100 mg L−1 to 0 mg L−1.
