Temperature-dependence on the structural, optical, and magnetic properties of Al-doped ZnO nanoparticles

High quality Al-doped ZnO nanorods were grown by hydrothermal method. The effect of various relatively low synthesis temperatures and annealing conditions on the nanoparticles was investigated. Low synthesis temperature is beneficial to the preparation of small nanoparticle. High synthesis temperature is conductive to fewer defects. The air annealing remarkably increases the Ms and Mr.
