The cement demand was projected with a stock-based model. The China-TIMES model with detailed cement sector was developed. Three types of carbon mitigation options are assessed under three carbon tax scenarios. Carbon tax affect the implementation of energy-efficiency technologies and CCS significantly. The energy-saving and emission-reduction technologies roadmap was built for cement sector.
