Mixed ionic electronic conducting perovskite La0.9Ca0.1FeO3 − δ (LCF91) LCF91 exhibits fast oxygen exchange kinetics. Oxygen nonstoichiometry described by a point defect model. Electronic conductivity shows a p-type semiconductor-like behaviour. Thermal expansion coefficient matches with typical solid electrolytes.
