Development of a numerical model predicting drillpipe Fatigue-Life during drilling operations by considering a combination of tension and bending while undergoing rotation as loading condition. Obtaining SIFs along the crack front of a semi-elliptical internal crack in a drillpipe using MRS Weight Function and inserting the SIFs obtained in the Paris Model to evaluate the drillpipe fatigue life. Parametric study identifying the influence of load magnitudes, dogleg, crack shape and geometrical parameters on the fatigue life. Quantification of drillpipe fatigue life, in drilling service conditions.
