Eigenvalues of a Dynamic Stiffness Matrix are searched for using specialized methods. Polynomial and hyperbolic approximations of the DSM elements are pointed out. The proposed modifications successfully supplement the Wittrick-Williams algorithm. The methods are applicable to abstract differential systems on an oriented graph.
