The effect of annealing temperature and time on structural, morphological and optical properties on TiO2 film

TiO2 film was synthesized by simple spin coating method.

TiO2 phase transformation from amorphous to anatase phase occurred due to optimized thermal energy initially formed at 500 °C.

The insertion of TiO2 scattering layer in R6G/PMMA film can enhance fluorescence intensity of the device.

The influence of strong crystalline and roughness surface of TiO2 film resulted to fluorescence intensity.
