Laser direct writing in Ar produces high-performance micro-supercapactors. Air-plasma etching improves the performance of the micro-supercapacitor. Micro-supercapacitor acts as the effective energy storage unit and stabilizer. On-chip integrated self-powered photodetecting system is demonstrated.
