We define the pathogenicity of the pig origin Pasteurella multocida serogroup F for the first time. The pig origin Pasteurella multocida serogroup F isolate is avirulent to chickens. The pig origin Pasteurella multocida serogroup F isolate is pathogenic to pigs. We determine the complete genome of the pig origin Pasteurella multocida serogroup F for the first time. We identify a novel ICE carrying a putative T4SS in the pig origin Pasteurella multocida serogroup F genome.
