Waste carpet fibers and palm oil fuel ash were used in the production of green concrete. Green concrete was thermally treated to elevated temperatures. Microstructure and residual properties of concrete at high temperatures were investigated. The potential benefits of the wastes in terms of cleaner production are highlighted.
