The inactivation effect of low-pressure plasmas on pathogenic bacteria on cabbage seeds improved using a stirring device. The germination rate of cabbage seeds was not be affected by low-pressure plasmas. Abnormal cabbages, mold and rot on cabbages almost did not occur during 7 days cultivation by low-pressure plasmas.
