CDs were synthesized using sterculia lychnophora seeds for the first time. CDs-MnO2 was applied for rapid and selective detection of ALP for the first time. A detection limit of 0.4U/L was obtained, benifiting from the low background. Favorable results were achieved by detecting ALP in complex biological samples.
