Nano-Al2O3 improved the anticorrosion performance of Ni-P coating. Suitable surfactant can prevent the agglomeration of the incorporated nano-Al2O3. The adding of SDBS enhanced the anticorrosion properties of the coating further. The potential role and mechanism of the surfactant for the coating was proved.
