A facile hydrothermal method is proposed to prepare cross-linked NSG/CNTs@SnO2.

The graphene/CNTs anchored with untrasmall SnO2 nanoparticles can be obtained.

The N, S are successfully incorporated into the carbon matrix.

The NSG/CNTs@SnO2 presents enhanced cycling stability and good high-rate capacity.
