A VADLLME method was developed for the analysis of major Aspergillus and Penicillium mycotoxins in rice wine. Box-Behnken design (BBD) and desirability function were employed to obtain the optimal VADLLME conditions. Good linearity, sensitivity, recovery and precision were achieved. The major advantages of the method were simplicity in operation, low cost and low usage of organic solvent.
