c-Axis oriented (Bi2Ba3O4−δ)b1/b2CoO2 films are prepared by a solution method. Annealing temperature effects on microstructures and TE properties are reported. The optimized annealing temperature is as low as 600 °C. Transport mechanisms for (Bi2Ba3O4−δ)b1/b2CoO2 films are deeply investigated.
