Ampelopsin attenuates lipopolysaccharide-induced inflammatory response through the inhibition of the NF-κB and JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathways in microglia
Ampelopsin (Amp) reduces NO and PGE2 production in LPS-induced microglia. Amp inhibits iNOS and COX-2 expression in LPS-induced microglia. Amp inhibits the production of IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α in LPS-induced microglia. Amp inhibits inflammation by suppressing NF-κB and JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathways.
