Doping effects of N and Co on Fe films are studied.

A larger Ms and a higher resistivity are found in one FeCoN film.

The morphology and properties of three films are depended on their phase structure.

The additions of Co enhanced the formation of the α″-Fe16N2 phase.

The relations between the properties and phase structure are discussed.
