Isothermal hydrogenation behaviors of modified Mg-rich alloys are investigated.

Synergetic catalytic effect of MWCNTs and TiF3 on hydrogenation is proposed.

Hydrogen content of modified Mg-10wt%Ni reaches to 5.29 wt% within 60 s at 250 °C.
