MnZn/FeSiAl SMCs were prepared to improve the magnetic property. With increasing pressure, the permeability increases firstly and then decreases. The permeability increases firstly and then decreases with increasing temperature. The permeability of the MnZn/FeSiAl SMCs is larger than that of mica/FeSiAl SMCs. D-C bias property is in proportion to MnZn content.
