A method that can realize the relative measurement for in vivo is presented. The possibility of the floating reference positions is deducted theoretically. The diffusion approximation in a semi-infinite turbid medium under EBC is applied. The reference positions of glucose in Intralipid solutions are determined to verify the theory.
