CIGS solar cell was obtained by annealing and post-selenization of Cu/In/Ga precursor. Mo2N thin film was proposed as barrier layer to restrain the diffusion of Fe. An enhanced efficiency of 6.86% was obtained for solar cell with a Mo2N barrier layer.
