Tetra-needle like ZnO whiskers were used to reinforce oil well cement. Aggregation process of new dendritic structure hydration product had been analyzed. Effect of whiskers on the chemical environment of Si element has been discussed. Enhancement mechanism of dendritic structure resulted from whiskers had been assumed.
