Vaccine concentration and bath time could influence the antigen uptaken and genes expression. The effect of immersion vaccination could be evaluated based on the amount of antigen uptaken. Gill is the main route entry for the inactivated E. tarda in immersion vaccination of flounder. The 108-60 treatment induced the highest levels of antigen uptaken and genes expression.
