The mechanical properties of a new kind of nanodiamond composite films are determined.

The Young's modulus of the interface structures is quite different due to different elements doped.

The elastic constants are different for the same elements doped in different crystal faces.

The elastic properties, such as ductility and plasticity, as well as the anisotropy values of the interface structures were discussed.
