Activities of P, Fe and Si in binary Si-P, Si-Fe and Fe-P alloys were predicted reliably. Iso-activity lines of P and Fe in ternary Si-Fe-P alloy were plotted. Relationship between the Henrian activity coefficient of P in Si and temperature was established. Relationships between alloy composition and temperature with refining efficiency of Si alloy were established.
