We established a new QDs-based FRET nanosensor technique for the detection of DNA methylation.

The method was able to identify both invasive and noninvasive NSCLC samples from control cases.

The method is proven to be a convenient, sensitive, cost-efficient and reliable method.

The method is expected to be a potential tool for noninvasive early clinical diagnosis of cancers.
