Mouse testes do not exhibit circadian rhythmicity. BMAL1 expression exhibits a diurnal change in mouse Leydig cells in vivo. Dexamethasone induces cyclic circadian clock gene expression in Leydig cells. Dexamethasone elicits the cyclic expression of steroidogenic-related genes.
