We use an α-CGRP lentivirus system on persistently promoting osseointegration. α-CGRP transgene persists in expressing even 21 days post-operatively. Sustained expressing of α-CGRP promoted bone-implant integration at the same time. α-CGRP enhances osseointegration in an effective, appropriate and sustained way.
