Rough structure was obtained via electrodeposition process. Superhydrophobic/superoleophobic surfaces were formed on the Cu substrates. Zn surface can convert superhydrophobicity to and from hydrophilicity. Superoleophobic surface possesses good mechanical strength and stability.
