This paper analyzes the interests and conflicts of business and the media, and then execute strategies from four aspects: enterprise attitude, information dissemination, media cooperation and internal employees. This is the public relations strategy target and wants to become an effective guidance to the enterprise crisis management. It directly influences the society of enterprise crisis management communication effect, influence the capacity and performance of social political stability and economic development. Therefore, the enterprise should make full use of media effective public relations activities; they should face the media in the light the skillful and unflappable status and to change the crisis into an opportunity.
