This work aims at fair cost distribution amongst power plants in Qatar. An MILP model is developed for the CCS infrastructure design under carbon trading. Fair design of the CCS infrastructure is obtained under two fairness scenarios. Decision variables include CCS design, carbon trading prices and amounts.
