Hydrofluoric acid (HF) burn incidents are increasing in industrial and domestic areas. There is little information regarding the ideal treatment of eyes with HF burns. DMSO and indomethacin were used to treat HF eye burn. DMSO at 40% concentration can provide sufficient re-epithelization in HF eye burns. Indomethacin and its combination with DMSO showed poor healing of HF eye burns.
