Neotuberostemonine (NTS) greatly attenuated pulmonary fibrosis induced by bleomycin.

NTS significantly relieved macrophage infiltration in bleomycin-induced lung tissue.

NTS mainly inhibited the M2, rather than M1, polarization both in vivo and in vitro.
