Facile synthesis of AgCl/polydopamine/Ag nanoparticles with in-situ laser improving Raman scattering effect

AgCl/PDA/AgNPs (polydopamine (PDA) adlayer covered cubic AgCl core inlaid with Ag nanoparticles (AgNPs)) was fabricated for in-situ SERS detection.

Such SERS substrate shows in-situ laser improving Raman scattering effect due to the generation of more AgNPs.

Enhancement factor could reach 107.

Such SERS substrate shows good reproducibility and long term stability.
