A NiCrCoTiV HEA was successfully synthesized by vacuum hot-pressed sintering.

The microstructure and phase composition were studied by experiment and simulation.

The solidification simulation predicts the composition of BCC, FCC and eta phase.

The results of phase diagram seem to be closer to the experiment results.
